FAQs

Q1 ▸ ¿Cómo funcionan los créditos?
Cada crédito equivale a un mes (31 días) de uso. Si compras un plan de 30 créditos, tendrás 30 disponibles en tu panel. Cada vez que un cliente compra una cuenta mensual, se descuenta 1 crédito. Cada cuenta permite hasta 3 conexiones simultáneas (en la misma o diferentes IP).
Q2 ▸ ¿Los créditos caducan?
No. Los créditos no tienen fecha de vencimiento y el sistema no los elimina automáticamente.
Q3 ▸ ¿Cómo renovar las cuentas de mis clientes?
Tras el pago, recibirás acceso a tu panel de revendedor. En Gestión de cuenta → Lista de cuentas → Operar, podrás renovar las cuentas de tus clientes.
Q4 ▸ ¿Se puede vender el crédito anual por mes?
No. El crédito anual solo sirve para cuentas anuales. Si tu cliente necesita un plan mensual, compra créditos mensuales.
Q5 ▸ ¿Puedo renovar cualquier cuenta de Oleada TV?
No. Solo puedes renovar las cuentas que pertenezcan a tu propio panel.
Q6 ▸ ¿Qué hacer si se acaban los créditos del panel?
Contacta a tu revendedor para recargar. Si no recuerdas quién es, comunícate con nosotros para obtener su contacto.
Q7 ▸ ¿Se pueden revertir créditos renovados por error?
Clientes finales: no es posible devolver créditos renovados por error. Subrevendedores: si recargaste mal los créditos, puedes corregirlo desde el panel.
⚠️ No se permite manipular créditos sin justificación. Entrega panel y cuentas solo tras recibir el pago completo.
